I think I’ve became matured a lot after stepping into society..
I’ve learnt to listen to people’s opinion and taken it into serious thoughts to consider on.
Everyone has different thoughts as everyone is unique.
Gossiping around is not something that is good if you are with the superiors.
It causes many unpleasant misunderstandings and that’s really bad.
However, as a superior, one should not listen to all the gossips but to find out the evidence and truth yourself.
Observing is the most important aspect as a leader and Communicating is another skill a leader must have.
Also, being a leader, one has to always remind the team that teamwork is the most important thing.
Bonding the team well will definitely save many tough setbacks ahead.
Me as a leader? No.. I’ve got more to pick up and to learn from.. =)
